Returns/ Exchange
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for customized outfits unless the piece is damaged or defective. We only accept exchanges in case of pre-stitched outfits.
Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payments are made for the same order, we will refund the payment amount (less any payment gateway transaction charges, if applicable) within 10-15 business days.
Damaged Items
In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us via email at cubsnest0724@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the product code and billing information, and our team will assist you promptly. The refund would take 10-15 business days after garment is returned to our office
